  Sorry I haven't written to tell you how very nice the bench is and how much we like it. Forgive me. My health began to go down after Jena died, too much stress for this old mind and body. It has gradually gotten worse and now is disease of the blood vessels in the cerebellum at the back of the brain; called ATIXIA. I am just out here and what ever happens, happens. No relatives anymore so have to get a caretaker and all the things like will, etc. for when I wake up and can't write or talk very well.
  
  Thanks again for the well done job on the bench, just goes to show that business transactions can still be completed long distance to everyone's satisfaction. Was nice doing business with all of you in dear Amarillo which I still miss so much.

  Do not use Osgood LaGrone for your love ones headstones. They took advantage of my elderly sister. Im not pleased with her headstone at all !!!

  Do not shop here both funeral homes and personal buyers. STEER CLEAR. 50% of tombstones are colored with SHARPIES!!! I have pictures for proof. Also, I caught their lead engraver smoking meth while operating the engraving equipment. The tombstone graphic design is poor quality and look like they walked out of the 1980's and tombstones are poorly engraved and not painted to a "quality" standard. They have tombstones that are paid for and people have waited over year to receive. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It will be nothing but a poor experience and poor quality. Believe me, i tried to change the standard of product to high quality tombstones with updated design at this company and was fired. I am a disabled veteran who learned to engrave while in the service. And they still fired me, with no write ups or warnings, only praise for the work that i have done there. This place hires and fires veterens like they are throw away garbage. BUYER BEWARE!!! Shop around.

  I have had a bad experience with Osgood LaGrone in Amarillo Texas. My parents stone was placed in wrong location after my second parent passed away. I attempted numerous time to get someone out to move the stone for us. Took almost 6 months and a call from the funeral home to get it moved. When they did moved it, they broke both vases off the stone. They were left on the stone for a couple of weeks according to the rude receptionist they have working for them. We disputed back and forth for about 30 minutes before i could get her to even take the vases. She didnt give me an exact date on when they were going to be fixed, but hopefully it will be soon. I was trying to upload a picture of the way they left our stone but was unable to. Be careful in doing business here. I would NOT referrel anyone here.
