  My dad is buried there. The staff have always been courteous, helpful, and sympathetic.

  If I could I would give zero stars! How could you possibly tell grieving parents they cannot have the headstone of their choice?! If you feel the need to grieve for your family member in a particular way DO NOT bring them here!
